USAGE

Root Feed – Add at a rate of 2-4ml/L of Part A and the same of part B to your nutrient reservoir or watering can (EC – 1.0-2.5). Coir requires approximate 20-40 % DRAIN each day to keep the nutrients around the roots within acceptable concentrations. The drain conductivity should be between 0-15% higher than the input solution conductivity.

Samurai Coco is a bit different  and contains a range of cutting edge performance enhancing ingredients that make it something pretty special. Provided in a standard Coco A & B formulation, Samurai Coco is a complete feed for use throughout vegetative and flowering growth. It incorporates SmartZen Yield Maximiser which has been shown in field trials to increase yield by up to 8% over standard NPK formulas. It also includes the revolutionary AquaZen Slow Water ingredient, a unique enhancement developed specifically for coco growing media that slows the progress of your nutrient solution through the growing media, resulting in massively enhanced water distribution and nutrient uptake potential.

SmartZen is an ingredient that we have developed specifically for inclusion in base nutrient feeds. It is derived from a number of exclusive ingredients from the commercial greenhouse sector and has been blended expertly to create an amazing yield enhancing ingredient. It works by enhancing nutrient uptake and assimilation and has been shown in greenhouse trials to increase yield by up to 8% over the exact same nutrient NPK formulation but without the SmartZen. By including this in our base feeds, we’ve ensured that not only are our feeds better performing, but also that the use of additives on top of these feeds are also maximised in their effect.

AquaZen is another SHOGUN exclusive development, this time one designed specifically to maximise the natural properties of the growing media (specifically coco). AquaZen actually slows down the flow of nutrients and water through the growing media creating a significantly enhanced media wetting effect. this in turn ensures even distribution of the nutrient throughout the growing media enabling maximum root development and nutrient to root contact time. This reduces nutrient waste and fully maximises nutrient uptake potential.
